The studio offers small group sessions for up to 4 people, meaning classes are still small enough for personalised attention making them perfect for all levels, including newbies who may be apprehensive about trying the equipment. MATWORK

A creative floor based Pilates class.  Small equipment (Pilates ball, weights, magic circle etc) is often used to deepen core connection, make exercises more accessible or to pose a bigger challenge.  Based around the classic 34 exercises, the classes are designed to provide a full body workout.

Sometimes group sessions may not be appropriate.  Contact us for more information about bespoke, goal-orientated one to ones or small private sessions.
