About

I started practising Pilates after a serious back injury in 2012.  As one of the only exercises left available to me to manage my pain, I quickly fell in love with the nuances of the exercises and the the powerful effect that strength and stability can have on the body.  As it became a larger and larger part of my life, I started the training to become a teacher to share the benefits I have experienced! After I moved from London in 2021, it's been a dream to open a local studio.

Reformer classes

I have been been working with local clients on a one to one basis since moving to the area in 2021.  The studio can offer small group sessions for up to 4 people, meaning classes are still small enough for personalised attention, making them perfect for all levels, including newbies and those that may be apprehensive about trying the equipment.

About

I started my training in Pilates after practising for many years in both matwork and reformer after suffering a debilitating   lower back injury.

Recommended by many health professionals in a rehabilitation capacity, the reformer offers support which can make otherwise difficult movements more accessible.
