Introduces you to the apparatus and the method of Pilates. We aim to have you feeling confident in group sessions by the end of the 4 sessions.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please give 24 hours notice. In the event of a no show, you will be charged for the session. Where a course is offered, no refund or exchange will be given for the missed class/es.
